3. Workshop Bookings

When booking workshops through our website, you agree to:

  • Pay all charges incurred at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
  • Arrive on time for your booked workshop. Late arrivals may result in abbreviated workshop time.
  • Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. However, we may offer to reschedule your booking at our discretion.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Quarvrizjroz or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Safety Notice

Our handmade gift making workshops may involve the use of tools and materials that require careful handling. Quarvrizjroz takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety, but participants attend workshops at their own risk. We are not liable for minor injuries such as small cuts, burns, or allergic reactions to materials.
